As a Personal Banking Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their banking needs. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assess their banking needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and inquiries regarding banking products and services.
Educate customers on various financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with bank policies.
Stay informed about new products, services, and regulatory changes affecting the banking industry.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using banking software and technology; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
