Key Responsibilities Monitor online reviews, ratings, and mentions across platforms (Google, Yelp, Glassdoor, Trustpilot, etc.)

Respond professionally to reviews and customer feedback to maintain positive brand image

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement SEO and content strategies that highlight brand strengths

Manage and track brand-related conversations on social media platforms

Create monthly reputation reports to measure online presence and sentiment

Recommend and execute strategies for improving digital visibility and credibility

Handle sensitive feedback with professionalism, discretion, and customer-first mindset

✅ Qualifications Experience in online reputation management, social media management, or digital marketing

Strong communication skills (professional writing and customer-focused tone)

Proficiency with tools such as Google Alerts, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, SEMrush, or similar

Knowledge of SEO basics and review management best practices

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
