[Remote] Proofreader - Creative / Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is a marketing communications firm seeking a Proofreader to support their creative team. The role involves ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand standards while collaborating with designers, writers, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Review collateral in ZiFlow ensuring all requested creative edits are made.
• Review for formatting errors.
• Ensure final creative product is on brand.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to implement edits and maintain quality control.
• Use ZiFlow for proofing and ClickUp for task management and prioritization.
• Maintain brand integrity while executing client and internal edits quickly and accurately.

Skills

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for workflow and collaboration.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize based on urgency.
• Must have own computer and reliable internet access.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa such as a H-1B, TN, or O visa.
• Physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States.
