Work Schedule

• AEP/OEP Season (Oct–Mar): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Off-season (Apr–Sep): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Your Role: As a Licensed Medicare Enrollment Coordinator, you will:

• Handle inbound calls only from active marketing campaigns
• Assist clients in selecting the right Medicare Advantage or Supplement plan
• Complete applications and guide them through Medicare enrollment
• Deliver high-quality customer service and plan education
• Work toward and exceed team-based performance goals

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License with Medicare sales authority
• Clear, confident phone communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused in a remote setting
• Medicare or sales experience is a plus — but not required
• Training and Contracting is provided.

Tech Requirements (1099 Contractors)

• Personal headset (Corsair )
• Stable ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• Webcam
• Dual monitors strongly preferred (not required)
• Equipment is tax-deductible for 1099 agents
