Essential Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency with infrastructure as code using Terraform, with experience managing complex cloud environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure
Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration at scale

Data & Messaging Infrastructure

Production experience with Apache Kafka for high-throughput, low-latency messaging systems
Experience with columnar databases, preferably ClickHouse, for real-time analytics and time-series data
Proficiency with Redis for caching, session management, and real-time data structures

Blockchain & Web3 Experience

2+ years of experience working with blockchain infrastructure, preferably with multiple chains (Solana, Ethereum, Layer 2s)
Understanding of DeFi protocols, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data analysis
Experience with Web3 infrastructure challenges including RPC management, node operations, and blockchain data indexing

Software Development:

Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (Rust preferred, Go, Python, or similar)
Experience with TypeScript/Node.js for tooling and automation
Understanding of gRPC, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
